Terms of Service

You must be 16 or older and verify one email address and one mobile number. One verified phone number equals one account. Multiple accounts, shared numbers, automated voting and scripted claiming are prohibited and end in suspension without reward payout.

Votes, ratings, comments and reactions must reflect your genuine opinion. Comments that are hateful, illegal, spam or personal data about other people are removed. XP, streaks, badges and rankings are awarded by WINK after the underlying action is confirmed, and may be recalculated if abuse is detected.

Rewards are offered by businesses or discovered from public sources; WINK is not the merchant. Each reward carries its own terms, expiry and availability, and can run out. Unlocking a reward is not a guarantee of stock. Claim codes are personal, single-use and non-transferable, and expire on the stated date.

Business accounts receive aggregated, anonymised results only. Campaigns must be lawful, non-discriminatory in targeting and honour the reward exactly as published. WINK reviews campaigns before they go live and can pause or reject them.

You can delete your account at any time from your profile — that removes personal data and any unused claims. We can suspend accounts that break these terms. These terms are governed by the laws applicable at WINK's place of establishment.
